Welcome. Ghislaine resides in the Hudson River Valley of New York State, USA. She is active in her support
of several organizations including Farm Sanctuary, Catskill Farm Sanctuary, The American Society of Jewelry Historians,
The New York Public Library, the Frick Museum and the Columbia County Historical Society. She is a volunteer with

Ghislaine has received training from Edie Jane Eaton of the Tellington TTouch organization, Amelia Kinkade for Animal Communication and holds a certificate from Ashworth University in their Professional Veterinary Assisting Program, from which she graduated with high honors. She owns and operates a small farm animal sanctuary in the Upper Hudson Valley Region where all of the resident animals are friends, free to roam their pastures, never destined to be food. Her hobbies include archery, ice skating, and high performance automobile driving. She is active in the arts, having studied harpsichord and voice at Westminster Choir College, Princeton and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with Edward Parmentier, Keith Hill, Gavin Black, Mark Brombaugh and Eugene Roan and has taken various fine arts classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She is a contributing member of the Kinderhook Writer's Group. In her spare time she enjoys taking walks along the back roads and through the fields and woods of the Capital District of NY, spending time with farm animals everywhere, sketching and painting natural scenes and insects, playing the harpsichord and experimenting with color relationships and sacred geometry.
